Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging and box along with all original trims and accessories, including tags, clips, laces, back support, and the original invoice.
  • Successfully pass the Quality Check (QC) conducted at our warehouse.

Products that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags, packaging, accessories, or invoice will not be accepted for return or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). After inspection, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount:

  • ₹160 per piece will be deducted for Shirts, T-Shirts, and similar products.
  • ₹300 per piece will be deducted for Trousers, Co-ord Sets, Kurtas, and Half Pants..

Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

The approved refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or the PhonePe / Google Pay number provided by you within 3–7 working days after successful Quality Check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

The approved refund amount will be credited to your GUNIAA Wallet or issued as a Coupon Code within 3–7 working days after successful Quality Check. Store Credit or Coupon Codes can be used for future purchases on GUNIAA Fashion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please contact us at support@guniaa.com with your order details.

Sale Items

Products purchased under the SALE category are not eligible for return or refund. Only size exchange, subject to stock availability and our Exchange Policy, is permitted.
