GUNIAA FASHIONS PVT LTD ("GUNIAA", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use guniaa.com, the GUNIAA mobile application, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our website or app, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name, email address, mobile number and delivery/billing address.
  • The current GUNIAA mobile app does not require account creation or sign-in. If you separately use an account feature on our website, account or login information may be processed for that website feature.
  • Order, purchase, return, exchange and customer-support information.
  • Photos you choose to upload for return/exchange verification, product reviews or support.
  • Messages or other information you send to our customer-support team.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and/or authorised payment service providers. GUNIAA does not need to store your full card details in order to process an order.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website or mobile app, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as device type, operating system, browser or app version, IP address, pages/screens viewed, app interactions, crash or diagnostic data and similar usage information.

3. Camera, Photos and Notifications

If you choose to use a feature that requires a photo, such as Return & Exchange verification, the app may request access to your camera or photo library. Access is used only after you choose to provide a photo for that feature.

If you enable push notifications, we may send order, service or promotional notifications. You can control notification permissions from your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil orders and payments.
  • To provide order tracking, returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website and mobile app.
