Return/Exchange is acceptable within 30 days from the Date of Delivery. Note: It takes up to 2-3 days for the reverse pick up; it takes 7-8 days for the product to reach our warehouse post which it undergoes Quality Check (QC). Once it passes QC the Refund/Exchange is initiated.

  1. Exchanges are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake delivered a wrong size. The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  2. Returns are applicable only in the case when you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.   4. Please note that only PREPAID orders will get the refund and COD orders get store credit. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. The store credits can be completely used to place any further order on https://guniaa.com/
  5. Any grievances relating to the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, may be directed by you to the grievance officer of GUNIAA who can be contacted at grievances@guniaa.com
  6. There are two ways to return the product to us:
    (a). Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service and you need to keep and produce the courier return slip when necessary
    (b) Self-Ship: If the reverse pickup is not available in your location we will credit fixed shipping costs (Rs 150/-) in the form of Gift Voucher, provided the product meets the return policy, and you have to share a scan copy of the courier or postal receipt with us. The Gift Voucher shall be shared once the product reaches our warehouse and pass the Quality Check.
  7. Products purchased during sale and with special offer(s) are not eligible for return. Only exchange is allowed with respect to size issues and subject to availability of required size. If required size is not available then store credit will be processed after receiving the exchanged item.
  8. GUNIAA will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In such circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, GUNIAA would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
  9. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service or Postal service and keep the courier / postal slip intact for future reference.
  10. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you from GUNIAA within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost only for one time exchange.
  11. Refund / Return / Cancellation / Exchange are not applicable for few products like BOXERS, SHORTS AND FACE MASKS once delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Once your return is received and inspected, A confirmation mail will send you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your GUNIAA Store Credit for COD orders / Source of payment for pre paid orders / within 3 to 7 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately on few item on a conveyed sale day cannot be refunded or returned. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or size doesn't fit well. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the link https://guniaa.com/apps/return_prime and place an exchange request directly. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders if done once. For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.

Exchange of product is subjected to availability of size.
