NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR BOXERS, SHORTS & SALES CATEGORY ITEMS
- We offer 30 days hassle-free Return & Exchange from the Date of Delivery.
- Exchange of product is subject to availability of required size.
- It takes 3-4 days for the reverse pick up subject to availability of reverse pickup services in the given PIN Code. It takes 7-8 days for the product to reach our warehouse post which it undergoes Quality Check (QC). Once it passes QC the Refund / Exchange will be initiated.
- The return parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice.
- Worn or damaged products or wrong product(Product not belongs to GUNIAA Fashion) will not be accepted and exchange / refund will not be processed.
- One time exchange is free and exchange for more than one time will attract charges towards both sides shipping cost.
- Refund / Return is not allowed on any exchanged product(s).
- Refund / Return is not allowed on any customized product(s).
- Refund / Return / Cancellation / Exchange are not applicable for few products like BOXERS, SHORTS AND FACE MASKS once delivered.

- If exchanged with the lower priced product then the balance amount if any will be refunded as a coupon code after the exchange process is completed.
- Please note that only PREPAID orders will get the refund and COD orders get store credit. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. The store credits can be completely used to place any further order on https://guniaa.com/
There are two ways to return the product to us:
(a). Reverse Pick up: In most locations, we offer a reverse pickup service.
(b) Self-Ship: If the reverse pickup is not available in your location you will have to send the shipment back to our company address. provided the product meets the return policy, and you have to share a scan copy of the courier or postal receipt with us.
- Products purchased from SALES category are not eligible for return. Only exchange is allowed with respect to size issues and subject to availability of required size.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable, A standard Shipping charges @160/- per piece other than Trouser will be deducted and for Trousers a standard Shipping charges @ 300/- per Piece will be deducted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and Quality Check(QC) is done, a confirmation mail will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable, A standard Shipping charges @160/- per piece other than Trouser will be deducted and for Trousers standard Shipping charges @ 300/- per Piece will be deducted.
The approved refundable amount will be credited to your GUNIAA wallet for COD orders or a coupon code will be sent to you within 3 to 7 working days after the QC is done.
The approved refundable amount will be credited to your original source of payment or given PhonePe / Google Pay number for Prepaid orders within 3 to 7 working days after the QC is done.
Late or missing refunds
